NMVTIS vehicle history report with registered owner(s) and lienholder(s)

The Notice of Lien must be sent by certified mail to the registered owner(s) and lienholder(s)

Publish Auction sale notice in local newspaper must be dated (15) days before the sale. Proof of publication with a local newspaper

Before the Public Auction sale, file the certified Certificate of Compliance with the County Clerk. It must be time-and date-stamped (certified copy and receipt will be needed for DMV).

After the sale, file with the County Clerk the Report of Sale form (certified copy and receipt will be needed for DMV).
