• Detailed unpaid invoice showing:
  • – Date/time customer was notified repairs were complete
  • – Itemized repair – storage charges
• Proof of FDACS registration (MV#)
• active business status (Sunbiz.org printout)
• a valid photo ID
• Is the Vehicle still in your possession
